When we contacted Mr. Ramos and told him we were ready to put our home on the market he worked closely with us to prepare all the necessary paperwork and develop a sales strategy. This included pricing, client profiling and identifying the entire sales process so there would be no surprises. His patience, humor and honesty were greatly appreciated during this time.

Mr. Ramos worked closely with us during the time we were receiving and qualifying offers and we could alway reach him for questions. During the time that we were deciding between the final offers, Mr. Ramos gave us excellent guidance in evaluating both the dollar amount and the potential buyer. Once the selection was made and the negotiations and sign-off process began Mr. Ramos was invaluable. This was a particularly stressful time for us as we were also packing and preparing to move and part of these preparations required one of the homeowners, Mr. Moore, to be away numerous times. He helped us through all the inspections, dealt with thorny negotiation issues and kept us informed of all the details. When it came time to move, Mr. Ramos also supported us by managing our home for the last week to ensure that all the closing issues were taken care of because we had already left the area.

We found Mr. Ramos to be helpful, truthful, trustworthy and courteous. We would recommend him to anyone either buying or selling a home anyware. We are fortunate to have him for a friend.
